- If you are paying for your order online (directly on the website)Â and the actual order cost is less than the listed price, we will settle the difference for you.
Example: If your order value was $100 while placing the order, after confirming your order over the phone it turns out that the items are now cheaper for $90, we will settle the $10 difference at the time of delivery. Vice versa, if the items are now relatively expensive and your order total comes out to be $110, we will bill you accordingly. Therefore, please get your order quotation. - We offer next day shipping within a 10 mile radius from our office location.Â
- Delivery charge of $5 is applicable on all orders.Â
- We offer exchange of products within 15 days from the day of order.Â
- We offer no return / exchange on Detergents, Liquid Soaps, Sanitisers, Cleaners and Aerosols, Shower Gels.
